An app launch, client handoff, or thoughtful reply is never just one clipboard item. Packboard keeps the whole working set together—text, links, images, and files—so the next time starts with reuse instead of retrieval.

One minute to useful
Try the complete core loop free.
Packboard teaches itself with a real sample. Save something you own, find it again, and reuse it before any upgrade decision.
Capture a working set
Add text, links, photos, and files in the app—or send them in from another app with the Share extension.
Find the exact piece
Search on device, favorite what matters, or reach trusted text and links from the closed-access keyboard.
Reuse or hand off
Copy with one tap, or publish only the selected items as a safe web Pack that another person can preview and import.
Available now in Packboard 1.2
Start with your role. Reuse from the places you already work.
The 1.2 release makes the first useful moment faster and every public handoff safer.
Choose a role starter
Pick Founder, Creator, or Freelancer on first run to begin with a useful workflow instead of an empty library.
Widget: open, then copy
The private Quick Reuse widget may show the chosen favorite's title. Tapping it opens Packboard through a deep link containing only an opaque item UUID, then the app copies that favorite.
App Intent: copy without opening
The Copy Favorite App Intent copies the chosen favorite directly to the clipboard without opening Packboard. Its system picker may show the item title; Packboard resolves the value locally when the intent runs.
Turn a Pack into a campaign card
Create QR campaign cards for a public Pack, ready for a post, printed handout, or an in-person scan.
Continue after installation
A one-time post-install handoff carries the chosen public Pack into Packboard. Its private code expires after 24 hours, works once, and contains no Pack content.
Update without overwriting
Preview followed-Pack updates, review item-level changes, then update, keep the current version, or protect your local copy before accepting the source.
Understand the upgrade
Value-based explanations show why Pro matters at the moment a larger library or publishing workflow needs it—not before.
More than a clipboard
One library. Every repeatable workflow.
Capture anywhere
App, Share Sheet, photos, files, links, and an Inbox for the pieces you will organize later.
Local retrieval
Search your private library on device, favorite what matters, and copy the exact item in one tap.
Closed-access keyboard
Reuse trusted text and links without granting the keyboard Full Access or uploading your private library.
Deliberate publishing
Preview exactly what leaves your device, share the resulting web Pack, and unpublish it at any time.
Useful handoffs
A recipient can inspect a Pack on the web and import it into Packboard without creating an account.
Offline by default
Saving, searching, and reuse stay available when the publishing service or your connection is offline.
Experience first, upgrade second
Start with a complete habit—not a paywall.
One Pack, twenty items, no countdown. Upgrade only when Packboard has earned a larger place in your workflow.

Privacy is the architecture
Your private library is not our dataset.
Ordinary saving, searching, keyboard use, and local reuse do not upload your Packs. There is no Packboard account and no server-side search history. RevenueCat validates purchase entitlement; it does not receive your Pack contents.
Read the plain-language Privacy Policy →Good questions
Before you make Packboard part of your day.
Is this clipboard history?
No. Packboard never watches the clipboard in the background. You explicitly save the reusable work you want to keep.
Does the keyboard need Full Access?
No. It is intentionally closed-access and exposes only trusted text and links from your local library.
Can I use it without paying?
Yes. The free tier includes the full local save → find → reuse loop, extensions, import, and one hosted public Pack.
What happens if the service is offline?
Your local library, search, and reuse keep working. Publishing waits and explains what to retry.
Save it once
Make the next time the easy time.
